RONALD D. INGBER
Managing Partner
Ronald D. Ingber, managing partner of the New York law firm, Siler & Ingber, is an experienced litigator who puts his heart and soul into improving the lives of those who come to Siler & Ingber for legal representation. With a passion for the law, he desires to represent accident victims and right the wrongs befallen on them by fighting powerful insurance companies. Ronald has successfully litigated personal injury cases throughout New York State recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients. He is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor available only to attorneys who have received multi-million dollar awards for their clients. Ronald has more than 20 years of experience evaluating complex civil matters for his clients, working on contingent fee arrangements. He only wins if his clients win. You would be hard-pressed to find an attorney who believes in his clients’ causes more than Ronald. He prides himself on being a true trial attorney, not just an attorney that settles. Many of the firm’s cases have been featured in the New York Law Journal where Ronald was lead counsel. Ronald is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, National Trial Lawyers, and National Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
He received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he was an editor for the Touro Law Review. While in law school, he was published and received numerous honors. Ronald is licensed to practice in New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He earned his bachelor of arts in economics and political science from Boston University.

In addition to his successful legal career, Ronald is involved in philanthropic endeavors that give back to the community, serving on the board of directors of various not-for-profits and being an active participant in several charities.
Ronald, his wife, and his children live on Long Island. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, travel, and is a passionate New York sports fan.
JEFFREY B. SILER
Partner
Jeff B. Siler, senior partner of the New York law firm, Siler & Ingber, has over two decades of experience in trying personal injury cases. Jeffrey has represented clients in over 100 jury trials in his 25-year career. He is the senior trial attorney at Siler & Ingber, working hard to get his clients as large a monetary award as possible. With an understanding of the way insurance companies work, today, as an experienced litigator, he successfully represents accident victims and rights the wrongs befallen on clients. Jeffrey has successfully litigated personal injury cases throughout New York, including the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. He prides himself on being a true trial attorney, not just an attorney who settles.
Jeff’s primary areas of practice include helping people injured in car accidents, truck accidents, and all types of trip and fall accidents. He also helps clients recover money for lost earnings and for medical bills while they are unable to work due to serious injuries. Jeffrey will listen to your needs and fight for you to put your life back together again after your accident.
Jeff received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1992 and was admitted to the bar the same year. While in law school, he was elected by the faculty to serve on the prestigious Law Journal based upon his superior grade point average. It was at the University of Rochester, where he earned his bachelor’s degree, where his passion for helping accident victims was ignited.
Jeff is a frequent lecturer at The Firemen’s Association of the State of New York (FASNY), teaching people about the dangers of accidents and assisting them in avoiding lawsuits. He has been quoted by newspapers including Newsday, The New York Times, and TV news stations including ABC and CBS while representing clients involved in serious accidents.
Giving back is important to Jeffrey, and he serves as a member of the Board of a local charity.
Jeffrey, his wife, and two children live on Long Island. In his spare time, he is an avid tennis and golf player and is a longtime Yankees and Giants fan.
GINA HATAMI
Senior Associate
Gina Hatami has had a strong career in litigating personal injury cases since her admission to the bar in 1998. She has handled a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises cases, municipal negligence, and complex Labor Law/construction accident cases among other areas of law. Gina has experience in all aspects of litigation and works hard to obtain the best results for her clients. Gina is admitted to practice law in New York State. She graduated Cum Laude from Touro Law School in 1997 with a J.D. where she was a staff member of the International Law Review and received the Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction Award for Academic Excellence. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1994 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
Gina is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. She previously worked for a New York City-based personal injury plaintiffs’ firm and began her personal injury career working as in-house counsel to a major insurance company. Gina was also selected to participate in a Judicial Clerkship Clinic with the Honorable Denis R. Hurley of the U.S. District Court during her last year of law school where she gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the litigation process.
CHRISTOPHER LONGMAN

Christopher Longman is a senior trial attorney with over thirty years of experience. He practices in all types of personal injury cases including, construction accidents, vehicle accidents, toxic torts, product liability, and labor law. Christopher won one of the largest personal injury awards after obtaining a $37.119 million verdict in regard to a client who was hit by a taxi cab.
Christopher received his J.D. from New England School of Law in 1983, where he was an Honors Moot Court Finalist, and ranked in the top 15%. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1979 with a B.S. in Resource Economics. Christopher was admitted to the NY State Bar in 1984 and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1991. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the New York and Nassau County Bar Association, as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
